Yesterday, Easter Bank Holiday Monday, we supported the St George's Day event in Manchester. We started the morning at Castlegate where nearly 1000 scooter riders had assembled .....we were called to check on one of the riders who was experiencing some breathing difficulties...a quick shout out to the rest of the assembled scooterists soon found someone with a Ventalin puffer as he had forgotten his, sorted him out and he was able to continue his ride ..we then escorted them to Miles Platting which was the start of the parade, we then had chance to relax, our work was done so we joined on the end of the parade through Manchester City Centre basking in the applause and cheers from the crowds, great to see such a well supported event made perfect by the fantastic weather.
